The man that's been accused of stalking Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck is now facing criminal charges, TMZ reports, after being arrested Monday outside Violet Affleck's school.
Steven Burky has been charged by the L.A. District Attorney with two counts of felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order. Steven allegedly broke a restraining order Jen and Ben filed against him last year.

In court documents, Jen claimed that Steven has been stalking her since 2002. Last year she was granted a restraining order against Steven after he sent her "packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts."
Steven is currently in police custody and if convicted on charges of stalking he could face up to four years in prison.
