Go, J. Hud! The Oscar and Grammy winner bought a huge mansion in a Chicago suburb. So, the svelte Jennifer Hudson expanded her assets considerably with a beautiful home!

As reported by RadarOnline, the 12,000 square-foot home has 6-bedrooms and 7-bathrooms and was built in 2007. The swanky home inclues a heated garage theater, luxurious kitchen space, a finished walk-out basement, cherry hardwood floors and two laundry rooms. The 30 year-old's home in Burr Ridge, Ill. was last listed for $2,795,000 on Zillow. The American Idol alum was born and raised in Chicago, the same place where her family was hit with a triple tragedy when her mother, brother and nephew were all murdered. Her sister's estranged husband was arrested as the primary suspect. He was indicted two months later and right now he's awaiting trial.
