Jennifer Hudson is definitely on top of her game. The Grammy and Oscar winner has revealed her latest album cover for I Remember Me on Twitter today, and she looks stunning! The 29-year-old singer/actress/mother is also gearing up to perform her brand new single “Where You At” this Thursday, Feb. 10, on the Oprah Winfrey Show!
