Believe it or not, Jennifer Lopez turned 40 on Friday. To celebrate the occasion, the singer/actress/designer and hubby Marc Anthony threw a huge private party for friends and family at Hotel Griffou in NYC's Greenwich Village.

Among the guests were Jen's manager, Benny Medina and Alex O'Loughlin, her co-star in the currently shooting film, The Backup Plan.
