Jennifer Lopez is "On the Fence" About 'Idol' Return

Despite her successful first season on American IdolJennifer Lopez is debating whether or not to return to the hit show as a judge. In fact, in a recent interview she stated she's "very kind of on the fence about it." Find out more after the jump!

According to TV Guide, in an interview yesterday with BBC Radio 1, Jennifer alluded to perhaps not returning to the show. She told the host, "I don't know." Then she added, “I haven’t been forced to make a decision and I’m glad about that because honestly I’m very kind of on the fence about it....It's going to come down to me making a choice of what I want to do for the next year and we're not really at the breaking point of 'You have to make a decision right now!' I'm just really enjoying the time of just waiting and seeing."

Maybe she hasn't been quick to sign on the dotted line due to "a lot of other things happening." This would include a new reality project called Q'Viva which would feature Jennifer and hubby Marc Antony touring Latin America in search of musical talent.

Plus, perhaps the emotional journey is taking its toll on Idol. She explained, "You get to know the contestants. You get to know their hopes and their dreams on camera, off camera." By helping them off-camera and on-camera as well, she said "it's this crazy ride you go on together."
