
Jennifer Lopez Locked in to 'Idol' — One Year, $12 Million

It looks like Jennifer Lopez is ready to hear millions sing to her in hopes she will make their dream of becoming the next American Idol a reality. According to TMZ, J. Lo's role as a new judge on the hit FOX show is definite and her contract is all tied up.
Jennifer signed a one-year contract wtih Idol for more than $12 million, TMZ reports.
J. Lo has finished up all her negotiations and her contract is a done deal, according to TMZ.
She will be starting auditions' with the rest of the panel — who as of now only consists of her and Randy — next week!
Many Idol executives feel J.Lo along with the new panel of judges — rumored to also include Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler — will help revive the show.
