Being in the public eye can be a blessing for many stars' careers – but once in a while it is also a curse, if that attention is unwelcome.
Jennifer Love Hewitt has just won a restraining order against a 62-year-old man, who she says has been following her – even moving from his home in Colorado to L.A. to be closer to Jennifer.
The Associated Press reports that court records in Burbank granted the three-year-restraining order against a man named David Nolte. Other documents show that letters allegedly sent by the man, which include violent and sexual fantasies revolving around Jennifer.
