Jennifer Love Hewitt & Jamie Kennedy Not Engaged

Despite a (rather detailed) report that Jamie Kennedy asked girlfriend Jennifer Love Hewitt to marry him onstage on Saturday, a rep for Jennifer says they're not engaged.According to the report, Jamie was onstage at the Laugh Factory in Long Beach, Calif. when he asked Jennifer to join him onstage to tell jokes and sing. The story goes on to say that an audience member yelled out, "Marry her!" and Jamie "got down on one knee and asked her to marry him.”

However, Jennifer's rep tells JustJared.com, “There is no truth to the report.”
