The former star from Party of Five and Ghost Whisperer has signed on the dotted line to star in and executive produce a new series on Lifetime called The Client List. Find out more after the jump!

In the series Jennifer will play a character who's financially strapped in Texas after her husband leaves her. It's based on Lifetime's original movie of the same title that aired last year.

So far 10 episodes have been ordered and will air next year. Plus, according to Entertainment Weekly, her production company Fedora Films is in full swing since she'll direct a Lifetime movie down the road.
