Jennifer & Marc Head South for the Winter

It seems Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony can already feel the slight chill in the autumn air -- the twosome is heading south for the winter, and relocating to a new home in Miami.

As OK! exclusively reported months ago, this über famous couple was in town with designer Philippe Starck to design their dream home in the Icon Brickell -- a luxury three-story condominium -- and now the deal on their waterfront pad has been closed, a Miami insider confirms to OK!.

Jennifer and Marc will be in town for the entire football season -- Marc just became a minority partner in the Miami Dolphins. J. Lo will also be hard at work on a new album.
