Gorgeous leading lady Jennifer Aniston has just about everything a guy could want — looks, charm, success, brains — and yet the superstar actress hasn't had a serious boyfriend since her brief romance with British model Paul Sculfor fizzled out many months ago.

Now, OK! has learned exclusively that pals of Jen are sick of her being single and are taking matters into their own hands!

Jen's celeb BFFs, including Courteney Cox and David Arquette, Ben Stiller and his actress wife Christine Taylor, and Sheryl Crow, are banding together to help the actress find a leading man. “We all love Jen so much,” one of her A-list friends reveals to OK!. “She has so much to offer a man and she would make such a good partner, if only we could find her the perfect guy.”

And while the friend admits that Jen "has met some great guys" recently, "she just hasn’t found Mr. Right.” So, with that in mind, the “find Jen a man” crew spoke over the holidays and decided to make a list of the most eligible bachelors they knew. And once they’ve thrown all the names into the ring, they plan to start setting Jen up.

“Jen isn’t doing what she needs to do to meet eligible men,” the source says. “You can’t just sit at home alone at night hoping the right man will knock on your door, because that isn’t going to happen.”
