A recent trip to Miami could raise more questions about Jeremy Piven's alleged brush with death last winter.

The Entourage star, who pulled out of the Broadway show Speed-the-Plow in December after his doctor said he was suffering from mercury poisoning due to eating too much sushi, dined on calamari salad and tuna tartare surrounded by a cadre of women, including Michael Phelps' ex, Marina Katz, at the Mondrian Hotel’s Sunset Lounge on Feb. 28.

“After recovering from mercury poisoning, a patient should be avoiding foods that are known to be contaminated with mercury, such as tuna, for at least three months,” Dr. Grace Keenan tells OK!.

Yet as Jeremy chowed down, play producers considered arbitration after failing to prove their case two days earlier, on Feb. 26, at an Actor’s Equity grievance hearing.
