Is it time Jersey Shore changed its name to South Beach, because Snooki, The Situation, Pauly D and Co. are heading to Florida to film the second season of the tanning, drinking, partying reality show.
MTV chose to film season two in Miami's South Beach after deciding it would be too difficult to pull off the show in the same location, reports Movieline.

Rumors that Jersey Shore might set up shop in the Miami neighborhood intensified a week ago when TMZ saw a producer’s letter to the owner of Miami’s Mynt Lounge, asking for permission to shoot there in the coming months.
At that point sources said producers were choosing between nine other cities inside and outside of the U.S.
But now the gang will head to Miami Beach in May. They’ll stay in a house off Lincoln Road in SoBe that MTV is currently renting and renovating for the occasion.
