Apparently, he charges $30,000 every time he appears in a Las Vegas nightclub, and now he's suing a promoter for about $60,000 for not paying him!

Online reports say The Situation filed the suit in Miami after inking a deal with a company last year to make three appearances at Chateau and Gallery by the end of June.

The suit alleges he was supposed to get paid the full amount even if the club decided not to use him each time he attended. The Sitch says a club called him to attend once before June 30 and paid him $30,000 instead of $90k. The reality star is suing the promotion company for the difference.
