Melissa is a stripper who has reportedly had some trouble with the law.

She plead guilty and served 20 days in jail last May for beating a cop and resisting arrest, TMZ reports, and the same day she sold her Jesse story she plead "not guilty" to a DUI she was arrested for last month.
