Janine Lindemulder, Jesse James’ ex, was arrested today in Austin on charges of harassment, according to new reports.
Apparently Jesse turned over voice messages that Janine had left him to the Hays County Sheriff' department, leading them to issue three warrants against her, TMZ reports.

Jesse cites the hundreds of messages as, "chronic harassing telephone calls to all hours of the day and night."
Janine’s lawyer claims that Janine only tried calling Jesse so that she could see their daughter.

TMZ quotes the mom’s attorney explaining the numerous phone calls, "out of frustration because he did not let her see or speak to her daughter for months."
Janine was picked up and taken into jail on Friday, where she still remains until she sees a judge.
