Jesse James' ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, is reportedly going to court to fight for more custody of her and Jesse's daughter due to the new reports of his alleged infidelity.

TMZ reports that Janine has filed legal papers for her and Jesse's six-year-old daughter, Sunny, in their custody case.
Jesse currently has full custody of Sunny and Janine lives in a halfway house after having spent time in prison for tax evasion.

Janine thought she had no change of even partial custody because of Jesse's wife Sandra Bullock's stabilizing force, according to TMZ.

Janine's court date is scheduled for June 14.
