Looks like Jesse James is focusing his new single lifestyle on his children. The father, who is in the process of a divorce with Sandra Bullock, just filed legal papers against his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, TMZ reports, claiming she let their young daughter drive while Janine was under the influence of drugs.
According to TMZ, Jesse filed several court papers and one was written by Jesse's sister, Julie James England.
In the court declaration obtained by TMZ, Julie claims two years ago, when Sunny was 4, she got a call from Janine, who was "slurring her words, telling me she's letting my niece Sunny drive."
Julie also claims Janine told her she had taken "some numbing drugs her neighbors gave her from Mexico and she drank tequila" and that she and Sunny were "going to get munchies."
After the alarming call, Julie claims she sent a friend to Janine's house, who found Janine "passed out in her car in the garage with Sunny."
Other declarations from those close to Jesse read along the same lines, claiming Janine also uses narcotics and would use cocaine before getting on stage at the strip club.
Jesse claims he can provide Sunny with a stable environment; however, Janine holds her ground, maintaining she has cleaned up her act.
A custody hearing is set for June 17.
