Jesse James Sullenly Heads to Court for Custody Battle

Jesse James headed to the Orange County Family Court house on Monday to face off with ex-wife Janine Lindemulder over custody rights for their 7-year-old daughter Sunny James. The bitter custody battle is re-ignited by Jesse’s plans to move to Austin, Texas with his children, which would leave Janine with limited access to their daughter.

Sunny has been through a lot of changes lately, with Jesse divorcing her step mom, Sandra Bullock, who she was very close with.

Now that Sandra and Jesse's divorce is finalized, it could mean Sandra will seek a single parent adoption as she finalizes the paperwork for her son, Louis.
