The lovely Jessica Biel celebrated her 27th birthday last night with her devoted boyfriend, hitting up the Oak Room at the Plaza in NYC for dinner before heading to see Will Ferrell's one-man show, You're Welcome America. A Final Night With George W. Bush.
Although it was a happy occasion, Jessica seemed a little down in the dumps, as evidenced by the grumpy scowl she wore on the streets. Cheer up, Jess, Jess, not 97!
