Jessica Simpson stepped out in Capri, Italy during a romantic trip with her new beau, Eric Johnson — catching the eye of photographers in her flowing caftan. But it wasn't her glam gown's sheer quality that's causing tongues to wag, it's how loose-fitting and roomy it is, perhaps perfect for hiding a baby bump.
As OK! reports in this week's issue — on sale everywhere now — her fondest wish is coming true soon.
"Jessica has been wanting a baby for years now," a source close to the star tells OK!, "but she was always held back by the guys she was dating."

But her situation is changing, after she began dating Eric, a former San Francisco 49ers tight end.
"Eric's different from all the other men she's been with," adds the pal. "He is a mature, responsible guy who has already told Jessica he wants to have kids one day with the right person."
