As Jimmy Fallon's hosting duties draw near, the late night talk show host is trying to commit something to his memory, “It’s not the Jimmy Fallon show, apparently."

Jimmy attended the 2010 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday not only because he was nominated for Choice Comedian, but also he could get some hosting tips from Katy Perry.
“I’m gonna get some tips from her,” Jimmy joked to Access Hollywood. “Hopefully we don’t wear the same dress.”
But seriously, Jimmy thinks he's ready to host the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards on NBC on Sunday, Aug. 29 at 8 p.m. ET.
“I’ve got my tux all ready to go,” Jimmy said. “It’s in the bag, I’m ready to go.”

He is even too prepared for the show.
“We wrote it all out and they’re like, ‘OK, we have to have room to give out awards too,’ ” Jimmy told Access. “It’s not the Jimmy Fallon show, apparently. It’s the Emmys!”

“I’ll be hosting an awards show in my apartment for the next 14 days,” he said. “So far no one has RSVP’d yet, but I’m sure a lot of people can come.”
