J.K. Rowling of 'Harry Potter' Fame Inks Book Deal For Adults

Look out, Harry Potter fans, J.K. Rowling is ready to put pen to paper yet again! This time, however, the best selling author is writing for adults.

Although the title, release date and details weren't announced, her last book was released in 2007 and recently J.K. indicated she was working on a Potter encyclopedia, too. OK! NEWS: DANIEL RADCLIFFE REVEALS HIS MAN CRUSH — RYAN GOSLING! In a statement released by Little, Brown, the author said, "Although I've enjoyed writing it every bit as much, my next book will be very different to the Harry Potter series, which has been published so brilliantly by Bloomsbury and my other publishers around the world." Although some authors with incredible success writing for children have had a rough transition into writing for adults, things may be different for J.K. Considering Harry Potter books had a huge following for readers of any age, seems like she already has countless adults hooked on her stories!
