J.LO HONORED BY AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL

While she may not be up for an Oscar, received a more meaningful honor on Feb. 14, when human rights organization Amnesty International presented the singer/actress with their Artists for Amnesty award for her work producing and starring in the film Bordertown, which looks into the mysterious deaths of several women in a Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez.East Timor's Prime Minister Jose Ramos-Horta, himself a Nobel Peace laureate, presented J.Lo with the award at the Berlin International Film Festival in Germany, where Bordertown is making it's world premiere.
