Joe Jackson is a little taken aback by the news that Cirque du Soleil will be performing a traveling Michael Jackson show and you can count him out of catching a performance.

So how does MJ's father feel about the new circus inspired by his son's career?
"That's something else, isn't it?" Joe told PopEater adding, "I won't see it."

The deal between Michael's estate and Crique du Soleil was announced Tuesday that includes a touring show that starts up in 2011 and a MJ themed nightclub and Cirque show in Las Vegas in 2010.

But, Joe may be alone in his feeling about the show because Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, only had nice things to say.

"Our family is thrilled that Cirque du Soleil will pay tribute to my son in such an important way," Katherine said in a statement.
