Joe Jonas Debunks Hilary Duff Dating Rumors

Joe Jonas cleared up rumors that he and friend Hilary Duff were dating this morning on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. Joe told Ryan on KIIS FM that his family is neighbors with Hilary in Toluca Lake, Calif.

The rumors began to circulate after Joe was seen walking across Hilary's front law.

He told Ryan that he went a different way out of the house, so when photographers were waiting for Hilary, who is in a long-term relationship with NHL star Mike Comrie, to leave her house, they thought Joe was leaving from her place.

It seems to be a neighborhood filled with former Disney stars. Miley Cyrus also lives down the street.

Joe also spoke about what the future holds for him and brothers, Kevin and Nick Jonas, who are pursuing separate endeavors.

“We’ve wanted to take some time off for a while now," the 20-year-old musician said. "We’ve been touring hardcore for two and a half, three years, so it’s nice to have a little break where we all can take a break and do some different things.”

As far as his side projects, acting is definitely something he wants to pursue. His big screen debut is in the upcoming flick Valentine's Day, which is packed with big A-list stars.

“I want to so some acting — find the right movie and all. I’ve also been in the studio writing a lot with my friends. Not sure where that’s going to lead, whether it’s another JB album or a side deal. I definitely think we Jonas Brothers will come back for another album because we love what we do and we love being in a band together.”

So don't worry JoBro fans — the brothers will be back!
