Joe Jonas sported a Team USA soccer uniform as he left a kickboxing class in West Hollywood Thursday. The recently single Jonas Brother didn't look too sweaty for just working out! Joe smiled and waved to photogs as he left the lot with a friend.

Joe recently split from fellow Disney star girlfriend Demi Lovato and for the most part the split seems amicable.

Demi took to her Twitter account to clarify that Joe did not break up with her over the phone and that they will remain friends.
