John Mellencamp and Meg Ryan stepped out in winter wear in Toronto before John's concert Thursday night! This new couple took many fans by surprise, but that doesn't seem to be stopping them from being together in the public eye. John just got out of an almost 18-year-marriage to his wife, Elaine.
