John Travolta has never before stated that his son Jett had autism, but in court in the Bahamas today during the ongoing extortion case, he testified about his son's condition. "He was autistic. He suffered from a seizure disorder," TMZ cites John as saying, adding that his seizures would happen every five to 10 days and last 45 seconds to a minute.
With wife Kelly Preston in the courtroom with him, John also revealed to the nine-person jury how he tried to save Jett's life, saying the nanny woke him up at around 10:15 AM on Jan.2 to tell him Jett was unconscious. John then testified that he went downstairs and saw his son on the ground with one of his caretakers doing chest compressions.
