Last year when he was interviewed by Entertainment Weekly, Johnny joked around about appearing as Tom Hanson, his original character in the 1980's hit about undercover cops in high school. According to a new report by EW, it looks like Johnny will remain somewhat true to his words! He'll film an uncredited cameo in the flick which sounds like a departure from the original film's premise. Jonah co-write the film and told MTV (via PopEater), "It's an entirely new imagination of what 21 Jump Street is." He added, "We're not doing a spoof whatsoever. It will be crazy characters that are in very unreal circumstances sometimes."
