Jon Gosselin will head into Maryland Circuit Court with TLC today for the network's motion for a preliminary injunction against the reality star.
The cable network says the 32-year-old breached his contract with them, as well as exclusivity and confidentiality agreements in connection with his former show Jon & Kate Plus 8, says RadarOnline.com.
Jon is expected to be questioned under oath about his outside income, his statements about TLC and more.

Law firm Williams & Connolly will represent TLC. The firm's lead attorney, Paul Gaffney, has already deposed two of Jon's associates: ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman and Michael Lohan.
