Jon Gosselin Gets Shot Down by the Law

Holy smokes! Jon Gosselin fired off a .38 gun on the property of his Pennsylvania home yesterday for the first and last time, TMZ reports.

The Pennsylvania judge presiding over the Gosselin's divorce ordered Jon to put down gun for good.

The judge has prohibited Jon from having a gun anywhere near the home he once shared with Kate Gosselin.

Probably a good call, judge — guns and kids definitely don't mix!
