Father-of-the-year (at least according to himself) Jon Gosselin took time on Tuesday to give his daughter Cara the new ATV he bought for her birthday, which was a couple weeks ago. Cara stood behind while Jon got the new ride working at the family home in Reading, Pa. Better late than never!
But is an off-road 4-wheeler a proper gift for a 9-year-old?
