Coming home this afternoon to a burglarized NYC apartment, which he shared with ex- girlfriend Hailey Glassman, Jon Gosselin’s lawyer speaks out regarding further details of the break in, TMZ reports.
The attorney, Mark Jay Heller, describes the scene of the crime, stating that a, “sick perpetrator,” cut up Jon’s, “shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings,” with some sort of a butcher’s knife, according to TMZ.
Not only was half of the apartment sliced up, but Jon’s legal team claims that many of his belongings were stolen, as well.
Gosselin’s, “television, CD player, coffee maker, a Nintendo Wii game, dishes, pots and pans were burglarized from his apartment,” Heller reveals to TMZ.
While the New York Police Department has take fingerprints at the scene and is investigating the theft further, according to TMZ, a note left behind stabbed through with a knife and signed with Hailey Glassman’s name is a key part of the evidence.
