Dec. 16 2009, Published 8:25 a.m. ET
The arbitrator in Jon Gosselin and Kate Gosselin's divorce case has made a decision on how to divide their property and money and that decision has now been sent to the judge, TMZ reports.
The specifics of the arbitrator's decision will remain confidential, but sources told TMZ that the final divorce decree is "imminent."
The next step?
Well, Jon and Kate have both consented that after the arbitrators ruling they will take the final step having the divorce judge sign the papers. Then their marriage will officially be ended (and the rest of the world can go back to not paying attention to their fights?).
