Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo have called it quits after three years together.
Sources confirm to E! News that their break up was mutual, and they will remain friends.
The break up comes as a shock to many, as the couple seemed to be in good spirits at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles on Aug. 24. They even rocked matching white ensembles.
Sparks may have hinted that the couple, who began dating in January of 2012, was in trouble. On Sept. 15, the “Battlefield” singer tweeted:
