Joss Stone Releases Statement Amid Murder Plot: "I'm Fine & Getting on With Life"

After two men were arrested for allegedly conspiring to rob and murder someone, the British singer Joss Stone released a statement to assure fans of her well-being.
Joss released a statement, via TMZ, saying, "I'd like to thank everyone for their concern but I'm absolutely fine and getting on with life as normal while the police continue with their inquiries.”
On Monday, two unidentified men, ages 30 and 33, were arrested in connection with a murder plot involving Joss and were taken into custody in Devon, England, near her home, police have confirmed to BBC News.
They were initially apprehended after a suspicious vehicle was seen in the Cullompton area and arrested on "possession of offensive weapons and being equipped to steal."
Swords, forensic-style overalls, plans of Joss' house and a body bag were reportedly found in their possession after their arrest.

"Police attended an address in Cullompton after alert residents notified officers about a suspicious-looking vehicle. Police have been on patrol near the property," a statement from the police read. "Officers attended the area at around 10 a.m. BST and subsequently arrested the occupants of a red Fiat Punto. Major crime detectives are continuing to investigate."
