Judge Grants Sheryl Crow & Harvey Weinstein Three-Year Restraining Order Against Same Man

Sheryl Crow recently requested a restraining order and, fortunately for the Grammy-winner, her wish was granted.

A judge yesterday issued a three-year restraining order against a man who reportedly threatened to shoot Sheryl. And get this -- the same judge granted a restraining order against the same man on hehalf of movie mogul Harvey Weinstein!

Phillip Gordon Sparks apparently accused Harvey of stealing money from him and allegedly threatened to shoot him, too. As a result, the judge barred the man from approaching Harvey, as well.
According to Gossip Cop, a hearing was held in Superior Court in Santa Monica, and Phillip was ordered not to have any contact at all with Sheryl for three years. During the hearing, a psychiatrist testified that Phillip was "dangerous."
