Judge Tells Jon & Kate Gosselin to Play Nice
Oct. 13 2009, Published 4:25 a.m. ET
It seems even the judge in the Jon and Kate Gosselin divorce has about had his fill of the couple's bickering back and forth. At this morning's arbitration hearing, he ordered the couple to work out all their problems, money and otherwise, with the arbitrator. There's one condition — any decision has to be in the best interests of their eight children, TMZ reports.
He also said any money taken from the couple's joint account must be returned, but didn't go into the details.
