Julia Roberts embodied the stereotype of a prostitute with a heart of gold in Pretty Woman and audiences loved her for it! The actress became known for her big grin and lovable loud laugh, starring in a variety of films over the years including Closer, Steel Magnolias, Ocean's Eleven and My Best Friend's Wedding. After coming close before, Julia finally won an Oscarin 2001 for her role in Erin Brockovich, helping to make Julia the highest paid actress at that time. A year later, Julia married camera man Danny Moder with whom she has twins, Phinnaeus Walter and Hazel Patricia, in 2004. The couple had another child, Henry Daniel, in 2007. Before settling down with Danny, Julia was engaged to Dylan McDermott and Keifter Sutherland, had a short marriage with Lyle Lovett and dated Benjamin Bratt for four years.
