Julia brought her family with her around the world while filming Eat Pray Love. So how did she pull it off?
“We pulled it off as a village,” Julia told Access Hollywood.
“Danny, the kiddies and not only friends and family that came in and out of our lives in these weeks of traveling, but I have two really amazing women that help me take care of my kids,” Julia explained of who is in her village. “It’s impossible to accomplish it all unless you have a team of people all working toward the same goal.”

Julia's been married to movie cameraman Danny Moder for eight years and they have three children together — five-year-old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and three-year-old Henry.
“They did have fun,” Julia said of her children's experience on the trip, which they called "The World Pool Tour" due to all the stops they made at bodies of water to let the kids cool off!
“It was a great experience,” Julia said of bringing her family. “Certainly there were days where I thought ‘Phew! We made it through that day,’ but on the whole it was a tremendous experience as a family… and a great experience as an actor to rediscover that I can work this hard and be a full time mom and still find absolute joy in both those places.”

OK! NEWS: JULIA ROBERTS' PIZZA DIET ON EAT PRAY LOVE
Part of the joy Julia found was in eating, but she didn't gain too much weight.
“Under 10 pounds,” she laughed. “It was under 10 pounds. We were only there five weeks, that’s a lot for five weeks.”
“It was a little, ‘We’re in Italy,’” Julia explained as her excuse to eat. “But on camera you have to eat a bowl of pasta all day. It’s not just one bowl of pasta. At first, when my pants were getting a little tighter… I’m going ‘Oh heavens!’ which is what one does.”
