While there were many reported concerns amongst Justin Bieber’s tour crew about stopping in Japan after the recent earthquake, the young pop star reassured fans today on Twitter that his stops in Osaka and Tokyo during his My World Tour won’t be canceled!
“5 shows left of this leg of the #myworldtour! Manila, Hong Kong, Taipei, Osaka and Tokyo! Like I said...we are going to JAPAN! #supportjapan,” Justin tweeted on Sunday.
Originally, TMZ reported that the 17-year-old’s crew had concerns regarding another possible earthquake and cancer risks from the radioactivity levels after nuclear issues in Japan.
Fortunately, Justin confirmed today that he has no plans to call off his tour dates in Japan and his My World Tour will go unaffected!
The “Never Say Never” artist is slated to perform in Osaka on May 17 and in Tokyo on May 18.
