Justin Bieber made one special fan's dreams come true over the weekend.

7-year-old Millie Flamm was supposed to attend the teen sensation's show in Utah on Saturday, but had to sell her ticket to the concert because she was too ill to attend.

She was crushed she wasn't able to see the Biebs in action, but she actually got something even better — her own private show!

Friends and family started an online campaign for Justin to meet Millie and when word got to the singer about the situation, he delayed his concert and went to the hospital to meet the little girl.

"He was so sweet to her," Millie's mother, Amanda Flamm, told the Deseret News. "He walked in and her whole face just lit up."

Justin sang "Baby" to her while holding her hand. He gave her his guitar pic and a kiss on the cheek. Millie smiled and told her mom, "'You are never going to wash my face again.'"

But Millie wasn't the only one touched by the impromptu meeting. Justin Tweeted a pic of the two and wrote, "Look at this bundle of joy.. I love her."
