He looks just like Justin Bieber, down to the perfect sweep of fine golden hair and the cute little nose -- oh wait, that is Justin Bieber, apparently dressed up for Halloween as himself. What a great costume idea, Biebs. Very original. No really, we like where your head's at. But come on, you're not too old to dress up in a real costume!
