This morning Justin Bieber completely took over Today by performing as part of their Toyota Concert Series. Bieber Fever has officially hit NYC!

"For Justin Bieber, I'll do anything," 10-year-old Penny, who camped out with her mom starting Thursday afternoon, told MTV News.

17-year-old Megan Hazelwood traveled 17 hours with her parents from Kansas City, Kansas.

"I've never driven 17 hours for anyone but Justin Bieber," Megan said.
