Justin Bieber Grants Valentine's Day Wish to a Sick 6-Year-Old Girl

Justin Bieber is spreading his love to Beliebers this Valentine's Day. The 17-year-old heartthrob granted one little girl's wish this year to make sure she had an extra special day.

According to Fox Toledo, Justin visited a little girl who is battling a rare form of brain cancer. The six-year-old, Avalanna Routh, has been battling the deadly cancer since she was a baby and her one wish was to meet Justin.

The Biebs flew to meet Avalanna and her family in New York.

"BEST PART OF MY DAY," Justin Tweeted with a photo of him kissing Avalanna on the check.

The little girl was wearing a "Be Mine" for Valentine's Day. 

It looks like Justin also brought some treats including cupcakes and candy.

"hangin out with a special little girl. #MrsBieber," he wrote to his fans. "that was one of the best things i have ever done. she was AWESOME! Feeling really inspired now! #MrsBieber."
