Justin Bieber Kicks off 'Believe' Tour, Vomits On Stage

Imagine you were super excited to see your favorite singer in concert and then he vomited on stage during the show? If your favorite singer is Ozzy Osbourne, you might not be that surprised. But if it's Justin Bieber, you might have been at the Glendale, Arizona show Saturday night.

Justin left the stage twice and apologized profusely to fans, and somehow — amazingly — he finished the concert. Maybe he was afraid of all the "Just believe you can still do the show" jokes that would have been flying around if he hadn't.

Later, the Bieb Tweeted, "Milk was a bad choice! Lol." Milk? Who is responsible for checking the expiration date on Justin's milk? Who? We want to know, now.

"Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show," he Tweeted later along with a photo of him resting in bed.
