Billy, who is hosting the Academy Awards for the ninth time, told the audience to just call him "war horse" as he presented an hilarious montage featuring George Clooney, Octavia Spencer, Tom Cruise, Bieber and more!
"I'm here to get you the 18-to-24 demographic," Justin told Billy in the skit, before signing off with, "Good luck, Bob!"
Then Billy went into his opening speech/song, where he made fun of Martin Scorsese, Moneyball's Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill, the cast of The Help, Mr. Clooney and The Artist's Jean Dujardin.
