Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez will not only be at the MTV VMAs Sunday in L.A., but they will be canoodling front and center next to one another! The seating arrangement for the hotly-anticipated award show has been revealed and young Hollywood's it couple will catch all the action sitting next to each other and behind Russell Brand and Katy Perry!
