Justin Bieber is not only busy promoting his flick Never Say Never, but also has the task of deciding who to give his beloved locks to! The 16-year-old pop mogul chopped up his signature 'do Monday, debuting a new look to the dismay of some fans. But Bieber Fever is still in the air, and it's great to see JB has his priorities straight as he decided to auction off his hair clippings to charity! The star shares all the details with Ellen DeGeneres today on her talk show!
"I was inspired by yours," The Biebs jokes with Ellen about his new 'do. "Yeah people were freaking out, but I was like, 'I don't really care.' "
The lucky host is a proud recipient of a box of Bieber locks, which the popstar had promised her.
"Yes, it's really my hair, but there's a perk. I wanted to do something good. I'm giving pieces of it to different people," he shares. "The thing is, we're doing something special. We want you to donate it to whatever charity you want."

Ellen announces that she plans to auction off JB's hair on her website and send all proceeds to the California animal-rescue center, the Gentle Barn.
"When you cut it again, give me some more," the comic host demands.
"Yeah, uh, okay," JB responds, wavering.
Why the hesitation?
"Wel,l I'm not gonna cut it for a little bit," he says.
